This quick day at sea was filled with lots of fun and packing!
We had to pack for our overland adventure to the Taj Mahal, so that consumed part of the day!
Since I will be away for my birthday, my mom, Karen and Jane decided to celebrate my birthday early by having lunch in the dining room to celebrate. Barry and Leslie joined us and we had a great time!!
Tonight, Krishna and Gita came to our evening dinner once again, along with Jonathan and Karen, and we had another fascinating dinner conversation and exchanged information so that we could stay in touch.
Also tonight we had a birthday cake for me and the dining room stewards gathered around the table and sang their traditional happy birthday in English and Indonesian.
One of our favorite Lido servers Widi also had his birthday and since his watch has been broken for the entire cruise and he fakes the time when we ask him, we all chipped in and surprised him at dinner with a cake and a new watch!
Fun all around! We are headed for India and we are all very excited to visit!
