Then we went to the center of the city to visit the famous Rex Hotel, which has been rebuilt, but we went to the fifth floor to the open air courtyard where many journalists would of been found during the war. The sights here were great!
We also saw the Hotel de Ville, the former Town Hall, which now houses the People Committee of Ho Chi Minh. In the front was a park and a statue of Ho Chi Minh, which showed him holding a child.
It started to rain and they were still riding their motorbikes!
School let out!
It was the end of our day in Ho Chi Minh and it was a great day! We saw so many interesting places. The citizens of this citizen are really rebuilding the area, work very hard and are happy people!
